The Comfort Home Program, supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), offers eligible homeowners incentives for energy-efficient home upgrades. This initiative helps New Yorkers enhance home comfort, reduce energy costs, and move towards a cleaner energy future.

To qualify for an incentive, the home must meet the conditions of the entire package. The Windows Add-On is available after air-sealing and insulation improvements are completed.
Who Qualifies for Comfort Home?
To be eligible for the Comfort Home Program, homeowners must meet the following criteria:
